Every 30, 60, or 90 minutes, phboss reminds you how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost in that session.
You can set your playing limits in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below:
Log in to the phboss app or website using your username and password.
Tap the profile icon in the top right and look for the "Responsible Gaming" menu.
Deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, or cooling-off – choose whatever works best for you.
Enter the amount or time and tap "Save". Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one takes 24 hours.
Once your limit is set, a confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered number.
Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day – e.g. ৳ 1,000 / day
Total weekly betting cap – e.g. ৳ 5,000 / week
Continuous play time limit – e.g., maximum 2 hours per session
Set the maximum amount you can lose in a single month – e.g. ৳ 10,000 / month

Extended break or permanent account closure – from 6 months to permanent

Self-exclusion means voluntarily blocking yourself from phboss. It is not a punishment – it is a healthy choice. You can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, phboss will not send you any promotional or marketing emails.
If you attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period, phboss's system will detect and block it. This protection is there for your future.
Keep in mind: A self-exclusion request takes effect almost immediately. If there is a remaining balance in your account, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it.
If you think a family member is betting excessively, approach them calmly rather than with anger. Hiding a betting problem only makes it worse — addressing it openly helps. You can also contact phboss Support to request that limits be placed on a family member's account.
